Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us at Info@buttascotchcandleco.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

For lost packages, please check with the carrier first. If you need further help, we’ll do our best to assist.
