1. What are your candles made of?

All Buttascotch candles are hand-poured using 100% soy wax, natural fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. They’re eco-friendly, non-toxic, phthalate-free, and paraffin-free clean-burning and safe for your space.

2. How long do your candles burn?

On average between 40–60 hours with proper care. Always trim your wick and let the wax pool reach the edge of the container on the first burn for best results.

3. Do you offer local pickup or delivery in Houston?

Yes! We offer local pickup in Houston. You’ll see that option at checkout. Delivery may be available for certain zip codes just reach out via the contact form if you have a special request.

4. Do you take custom or bulk orders?

Not at this time. However, we look forward to including this service in the future!

5. How should I care for my candle?

  • Always trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
  • Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
  • Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Keep candles away from drafts, pets, and children.

6. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because each candle is handmade in small batches, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
